What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a holistic p ractice that works with the natural flow of energy within and around your body to promote balance, health, and well-being. Everything in and around us is made up of energy, and when that energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can affect your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Through gentle techniques such as Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy™, energy healing helps to clear these blockages, restore the smooth flow of energy, and support your body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Reiki sessions use life force energy channeled through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation and well-being. Reiki works primarily with the body’s chakras and energy pathway s, encouraging energy to flow freely to where it is most needed. Many people describe feeling warmth, tingling, or a sense of peaceful release during a session.

Integrated Energy Therapy™ (IET) sessions use angelic energy to work directly with your body’s cellular memory and energy field to get the “issues out of your tissues” for good. IET helps you to safely and gently release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future.

I recently had an in-person reiki session with Cara. The whole experience was great from the start. Cara was kind, and professional. She put my mind at ease from the start and accommodated my comfort level. At the beginning I was a little nervous, but the music played was very calming.
