Whether you have experienced a Reiki session in the past or this is your first time,
I am honored to be able to share this blessing with you! 

Check your email for a message from me that will include a link to schedule a date and time for your session.

Expect a phone call from me on your scheduled date and time.

Set your Intention for the session and let me know of any specific areas you would like me to focus on. At this point I will hang up with you and will call back after the session is complete.

Find a peaceful spot where you can get comfortable in a seated or flat position. Feel free to put on some calming music, light a candle, surround yourself with your favorite crystals or just allow yourself to be present and focused on your intention.

Be open to receiving the Reiki healing that will be for your highest good and highest healing. Allow yourself to release all that is no longer serving you and thank any emotions, feelings or sensations that come up for you.

Share your experience with me when I call you to let you know the session is complete. I will also share what came through to me.
